Layline Ventures Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Ordr, our task management application.

We are registered in Brazil at Rua Pais Leme, 215, CJ 1713, Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo 05424-150. Our CNPJ/VAT number is 62.794.402/0001-62.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, and profile information.

We also automatically collect certain information when you use Ordr:

  • Identifiers such as device identifiers and app instance identifiers
  • App usage patterns and interactions
  • Tasks and content you create within the app
  • Log data, diagnostics, crash reports, and analytics
  • IP address and approximate location (derived from IP address)
  • Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)
  • Subscription status information (for example, whether you have an active subscription), which we receive from your app store and/or our service providers to enable paid features (for example, subscription status, renewal/expiration dates, and transaction identifiers)

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Ordr
  • Process your tasks and deliver AI-powered organization features
  • Personalize your experience
  • Communicate with you about updates and support
  • Analyze usage to improve our service
  • Protect against fraud and unauthorized access

Payments and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process payments directly and we do not store full payment card details.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased your subscription and are subject to that platform's terms.

Tracking Technologies

We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We may use limited analytics and crash reporting to understand app performance and improve the Services.

These tools may collect device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP address), and usage events. We use this information to diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve features.

AI Processing

We may use automated processing, including AI, to help provide features such as organizing tasks, generating suggestions, or improving workflows. This may involve processing the content you create in the app (for example, task and list text) and related context needed to produce an output.

We do not use your content to train public or general-purpose AI models. We may retain limited records of AI inputs/outputs as needed to provide the feature, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Services.

Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers and encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

International Data Transfers

Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from other regions, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, messaging, and subscription infrastructure)

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may request additional information if needed to process your request. Where permitted, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

If you are in a location that provides an appeals process for privacy requests, you may ask us to reconsider our decision by replying to our response email.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Backups may persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten, and we may retain limited records as needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

Ordr is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

If you are a minor (generally under the age of 18 in many jurisdictions), you must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, your parent or guardian as described in our Terms of Service.
